1. A payment must be made prior to receiving tutoring services.  The payment can be made electronically through Always Go Beyond Math, LLC tutoring website.
2. The initial call before tutoring services should be made at least 48 hours prior to appointment session beginning.
3. More than likely the tutoring services will be rendered online, but can also be done in person by request if the person is within a 30 minutes distance from my business address.
4. Also someone may just want an assignment to be done for them without the tutorial session, this may be done by request but prices will depend on individual assignment and will vary by work load which will be discussed prior to the tutor starting the assignment.
5. The tutoring sessions will be sold in blocks of time. 1 block = 1 hour and 2 blocks = 2 hours and 3 blocks = 3 hours. The minimum session a client can purchase is 1 block.  Each block is $50 per hour, unless the client buys 3 blocks at one time which will then be discounted at a rate of $45 per hour.  So, three blocks of time would be priced at $135.
6. If a client comes to Always Go Beyond Math with an assignment that the tutor cannot proficiently complete within a reasonable amount of time during the tutoring session then the tutor may request to complete the assignment at a later time after doing research about the assignment. If the tutor is not satisfied with his or her work, he or she may decide to refund the client’s money if he or she deems it appropriate for services that were incomplete.
7. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of original post date of initial payment.
8. If the tutor does not feel he or she is proficient in the subject area of math that is in question prior to starting the service, he or she will let the client know that he or she will not be accepting this assignment.
9. Always Go Beyond Math does not guarantee that every mathematical answer given will be correct. However, Always Go Beyond Math will say that the mathematical answers given are true and correct to the best of the tutor’s knowledge.
10. If a client has multiple questions to be answered and the majority of them were answered but there were a few questions that the tutor deemed to be too difficult for him or her to answer the client will still be expected to pay for the block of time without a refund.
11. There will be a $50 fee for payments that have insufficient funds or charges that are reversed or disputed without just cause. In order to be eligible for a refund the client must abide by the rules outlined within the terms and conditions of their tutoring session.
